How to make plushie hair by pheleon How to make plushie hair by pheleon
Once again, there is NO file to download!!! The tutorial can be found here: [link]

I promised a hair tutorial, and it was very difficult to organise my thoughts on the matter. My technique is very chaotic, and nearly impossible to explain.

It's pretty much a summary of what I've been doing. The rest is up to you to figure out!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I hope it helps! :peace:

Take thin strips of fabric and curl them around a cylinder slightly smaller than the tightness if the curl and hold until the form holds if you mess up you can usually iron it back out straight...

I made him so I could give Nico all the hugs.

Do you have a pattern for the specific plushie you made to demo on?
I'd love to get ahold of that (that is, if you can find it) :)

I really love this! I used your triangle method on my Nico Di Angelo plush! But, I was wondering, one plush I want to make, the character has really curly hair (and is a guy) how could I curl the hair without buying new fabric or ruining it? Any suggestions?

This was the most helpful tutorial I've ever found! I've finished a bunch of plushies for my friend ~SatinMurderer and her sister ~TheNamelessDead for Christmas presents and the last thing I need to do is put on the hair, yet I don't know how. I like your explanations on each "style", how to do it, and which would be better for certain cases. The dolls I made are of their own characters (they're both writers) so there isn't much I can look off of in ways of references. I'm feeling much more confident now that I have this tutorial to look off of!
