How to make plushie hair by pheleon How to make plushie hair by pheleon
Once again, there is NO file to download!!! The tutorial can be found here: [link]

I promised a hair tutorial, and it was very difficult to organise my thoughts on the matter. My technique is very chaotic, and nearly impossible to explain.

It's pretty much a summary of what I've been doing. The rest is up to you to figure out!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I hope it helps! :peace:

I managed to create a plushie of my own and I had this tutorial as my guide to make the hair for the plushie! Here's the plushie that I made: [link]

How do you keep the hot glue from soaking through the fabric?

The glue just doesn't seep..cuz it's usually not liquid hot, and the felt is thick. For thinner fabrics, I just avoid using hot glue alltogether cuz it looks messy. :/

So if I used fleece, do you think it would still work? I mean I could go out and get some liquid stitch, but if it's not necessary, I won't spend the money. xD

Fleece is quite thick, so it should work! I used it once (for this Basil plush: [link] ) I'd suggest to do a little test before sticking it directly on the plush, just to be on the safe side.

Alright. ^_^ It's just my first time doing hair this way, so I'm a being a little cautious. ^_^;; A test will be a sure fire thing. ^_~
