Rey and Kylo Ren: The Last Jedi

We're still months away from the release of the next Star Wars film, The Last Jedi. Vanity Fair however released these awesome photographs of the characters and I really wanted to replicate their outfits. Go check out the photos if you haven't seen them already!

I went all out giving Ren more volume to his hair since he doesn't have his mask. I kind of wonder if he's going to ditch it completely for the new film. Love his simple cape!

As for Rey, she's basically in the outfit at the end of The Force Awakens, but without her backpack that has Luke's lightsaber. I made her staff, but might make the blue lightsaber too if I feel like it. (there was one Vanity Fair pic with her wielding it!)

I'll be keeping these kids for now since I'd like to show them off at Otakuthon 2017. They'll be up for adoption after the con.
